We use USPS to ship your package. Standard shipping is always FREE with any online purchase. Delivery is to the U.S. only; we currently do not ship internationally. Our shipping schedule is Monday-Saturday excluding federal U.S. holidays. Shipping & handling time is estimated including processing time. Your order of in-stock item(s) will be processed in 24-48 hours Monday-Saturday. Sundays and holidays excluded. Delivery time varies by state with no guaranteed date.

Order Cut-off Times                                                                                             

Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday after 1 p.m PST will begin processing the following Monday. Sunday and holidays are not considered a business day. 

Out of Stock & Back-orders

Generally all of our items are in-stock. You will be notified by email within 1 business day on back-ordered items.  

Order Tracking

When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have any questions about your order, please email info@mariemizeskincare.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.

Cancelling an Order  

With our prompt processing for delivery, once you place your order, we are unable to cancel or change the order. 
  
Refused Shipments & Undeliverable Packages

Refused shipments or undeliverable packages will be subject to a non-refundable, non-delivery fee of $16.00. Non-delivery fee will be applied to the payment form used during checkout after refund is applied.

Items Broken, Damaged or Defective

If your order is received broken, damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 business days from receipt of your order by emailing info@mariemizeskincare.com. for further instructions. Please include a photo of the damaged product(s) and a description of what is defective or damaged.

Incorrect Items Received

If your order is received incorrectly, please notify us within 7 business days from receipt of your order by emailing info@mariemizeskincare.com for further instructions. Your items will be replaced with an identical product at no expense to you.
