Shipping Overview

We use USPS to ship your package. Standard shipping is always FREE with any online purchase within the U.S. Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 3-5 business days or less. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally takes 5-8 business days or less. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S Territories take 5-14 days or less. For quicker delivery, USPS Priority Mail is available. Our shipping schedule is Monday-Friday excluding federal U.S. holidays. Shipping & handling time is estimated including processing time. Your order of in-stock item(s) will be processed within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday. Saturday, Sunday and holidays excluded. Delivery time varies by state with no guaranteed date. Internationally, we currently ship to Canada where shipping charges are applied.

Order Cut-off Times                                                                                             

Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered a business day. 

Out of Stock & Back-orders

Generally all of our items are in-stock. You will be notified by email within 1 business day on back-ordered items.

When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have any questions about your order, please email Please include your order number in the subject of your email.

Cancelling an Order  

With our prompt processing for delivery, once you place your order, we are unable to cancel or change the order. 
Refused Shipments & Undeliverable Packages

Refused shipments or undeliverable packages will be subject to a non-refundable, non-delivery fee of $16.00. Non-delivery fee will be applied to the payment form used during checkout after refund is applied.

Items Broken, Damaged or Defective

If your order is received broken, damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 business days from receipt of your order by emailing for further instructions. Please include a photo of the damaged product(s) and a description of what is defective or damaged.

Incorrect Items Received

If your order is received incorrectly, please notify us within 7 business days from receipt of your order by emailing for further instructions. Your items will be replaced with an identical product at no expense to you.

Freight Forwarders 

We do not ship to freight forwarders or addresses outside of the United States. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping to a freight forwarder.
